TERM2000-04 is a two-loop controller for District Heating Substations. The main functions are:

- PI control of two 3-ppoint actuators - for heating and for hot water loop;

- ON-OFF control of two pumps - for heating and for hot water loop;

- heating curves for the setpoint calculation of the inlet water temperature in the heating loop;

- weekly, daily, and vacation period with reduced setpoint for energy saving;

- anti-freeze protection;

- hot water service priority;

- RS232 interface;
